We hope you find this on line ticketing page useful, but if you have any problems (and sometimes the internet and PayPal servers can be a problem), please email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com with your name and phone number, and one of our volunteers will contact you.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase tickets on line.  More Purchasing Instructions below if you need them.
Upon receipt of payment, your name will be added to our Guest List for the event.
There is no need to print your receipt unless you want to do so..
Choose your ticket and add it to your cart, you may then add another ticket or change and update your quantities.
Then click the "View Cart" button. Sometimes the cart is behind another open window screen.

Saturday's Tickets are already off line.  There are plenty of great seats left for these shows.  Simply purchase your tickets at the door between 30 minutes before and when the show starts.  No reservations taken or needed.

Can't find your shopping cart?  Sometimes it is behind another open window screen.
  • If you have difficulties ordering tickets.  Please email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com and give your name and phone numbers where you can be reached, so we can attempt to get back to you within 24 hours to get your credit card number.  We do not reserve seats without advance payment. 
  • If you have special physical needs that require special seating accommodations, please note it at the time of your ticket purchase, and after purchasing your tickets email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com for a confirmation. 
  • VIP RESERVED seating (only available for some productions NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE) means that we assign seating based on best seats available at time of purchase.  Therefore if you wish to guarantee you'll sit with a friend or group, make sure you purchase ALL your VIP tickets in the same transaction.
  • GENERAL ADMISSION seating means that your seats are not assigned.  To increase your chances of sitting with your friends, arrive early as a group.  Like a movie theater you are guaranteed a seat, but not  a particular seat. 
  • On line tickets generally can be purchased until the day of the show unless they sell out sooner. 
  • Once advance ticket sales have ended, you may pay at the door.  House and box-office opens 30 minutes before show time. 
  • For some shows, group discounts are available for groups of 20 or more when all the tickets are purchased at the same time. Email reservations@bastropoperahouse.com with the show date, and the number of seats you need, if you want info on group rates. 
  • Directions to the Bastrop Opera House, 711 Spring Street, Bastrop, Texas.
  • If you need to purchase your tickets "In Person" in advance, we suggest that you come 30 minutes early to ANY performance and purchase for the date you'd like.  Make sure the volunteer knows for which show and date you are purchasing tickets. 
  • NO PayPal account is needed to complete your purchase.
    1. Click on ticket you need to add it to your cart.
    2. A new window opens.  (If you don't see it you may need to turn off your pop-up blocker, or look under your current window for additional windows.)
    3. Change any quantities in the quantity box.
    4. Click on the "update" link next to the quantity. 
    5. Click on the "Check Out" button if you do not have a PayPal account and want to pay with a credit card. 
    6. Or you may click on "Pay with PayPal" if you have a PayPal account.
  • We're Green!  In lieu of paper tickets, upon receipt of payment, your name will be added to our Guest List for the event. There is no need to print your receipt. 
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, just let us know, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

When you purchase a ticket, your seat is held for you and cannot be sold to anyone else, therefore all ticket sales are final.

There are times that if you will contact us before the show, we may be able to change your show tickets to another day.

Occasionally a customer makes a mistake when ordering (for example the wrong date or the wrong quantity).  It is up to you to contact us immediately, so we can help you resolve the error.
